physical health and self-confidence. Our offerings include therapeutic massage, permanent makeup

(PMU), and comprehensive training programs for both massage therapy and PMU artistry.

Appointment & Booking Policies

1. Deposit-Based Booking:

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service at the time of completion. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 72 hours of your appointment or in the case of a no-show.

2. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens, and if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This is to help ensure that we are able to maintain availability for all our clients and continue providing the highest quality service.

3. Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment and do so within the 72-hour cancellation window, your deposit will be transferred to the new date and time. Should you choose not to reschedule, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you reschedule outside of the 72-hour window, we will do our best to accommodate you, but any late notice may result in a new deposit requirement.

4. No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us within a reasonable time frame, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to prepay for future appointments. No-shows disrupt our schedule and impact other clients who may have wanted your appointment slot.

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment. This will give you time to complete any necessary consent forms and ensure that we can start your service on time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to extend the time for your service, and your appointment may need to be shortened accordingly.

No Guests Policy

1. No Additional Guests:

For the comfort and safety of all clients, no additional guests are allowed in the studio. This includes spouses, friends, family members, children, and pets. This policy helps us maintain a quiet, focused environment for your procedure and prevents cross-contamination.

Please come alone to ensure you receive the best possible experience and attention during your session.

Corrective or Existing Tattoo Work

1. Previous Permanent Makeup Work:

If you have prior permanent makeup (PMU) work, it is essential that you inform us in advance. Not disclosing this information may result in a loss of booking or a rescheduling fee.

Please email clear, up-to-date photos of your brows to [email protected] before booking your appointment. This will help us assess whether we can work over your existing tattoos. If the photos are unclear or do not represent the true color of your eyebrows, we may request an in-person consultation (complimentary).

2. Corrective Work Disclaimer:

We cannot guarantee results for corrective or cover-up work. If your previous PMU is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, laser tattoo removal is recommended before we proceed with any further work. Cover-up work often requires multiple sessions to achieve optimal results and will be priced accordingly.

Results & Healing Expectations

While we use premium products and offer exceptional service, permanent makeup results can vary from person to person. Factors such as skin type, healing process, aftercare, and lifestyle will all affect the outcome.

2. Healing Process:

Healing time and the final look of your permanent makeup depend heavily on your skin’s ability to heal and follow proper aftercare instructions. Some clients may need additional touch-ups (charged accordingly) to achieve the desired results.

We cannot guarantee that everyone will achieve the same outcome. It is important to understand that the results of permanent makeup are not always perfect after the first session, and followup visits may be required.

- All services are non-refundable. Once completed, all transactions are final.

- No guarantees for specific results,as healing and outcomes depend on individual skin conditions, aftercare, and other factors.

- You are responsible for ensuring you meet all requirements for the procedure, including sending clear photos if you have previous permanent makeup work.

- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the procedure may not be suitable for you, or if you do not adhere to the above policies.
